Current participants
The Procura+ Campaign is currently chaired by the City of Helsinki in Finland, with the City of Barcelona, Spain acting as Vice-chair.
There are currently participants in many European countries: Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and one participant in Paraguay.
